I am a 36 year old fat woman. I am mad as hell. I'm mad at myself primarily, for allowing myself to get like this. I am sick of being fat. I'm sick of wearing fat clothes. I'm sick of worrying all the damn time if how I look and what others are going to think of me. I am ready to do something about it. I am going to use this very public open journal to document my struggles, my anger, my failures, my successes, my pride, my accomplishments. I do not have a camera right now but as soon as I get one I'll be posting progress pictures. I'll be posting all my measurements. I'll be doing weekly weigh-ins. I am beginning a journey and I invite you to come along.
